TRAIN-365 is the number one gym in the Thomasville, Lexington, and High Point areas.  TRAIN-365 has top-of-the-line Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, Crossfit, and Strongman Equipment. We are located inside the Dominate Athletic Performance facility in Thomasville NC. TRAIN-365 is a full-service training facility that offers group training, personal training, and online training to help you reach your fitness goals. Open to any skill level – beginner or an experienced athlete. We use top-of-the-line equipment and programming to get real results. Services Offered

Group Training

Our Group Fitness Classes focus on semi-private training sessions that are structured to ensure that everyone can enjoy hands-on coaching and a unique approach to improved health and wellness. Our Fitness Training sessions are designed to challenge you with total-body workouts and a focus on producing long-lasting results.

2x Classes Per Week $60.00 Per Month
3x or More Classes Per Week $100.00 Per Month

Online Training

If you want the guidance and direction of a program to follow, but you don't need to work directly with a personal trainer and you want the flexibility to work out anytime on your own schedule this is the option for you. You will receive a monthly training program to follow via email based on your specific goals. You can do the program at your gym or add on a 24/7 membership at TRAIN-365 and do your workouts at our gym.

Personal Training

Personal training will allow for a customized program, holistic coaching, and real accountability. This isn't a pre-packaged training program -- our personal trainers want to develop a real relationship with you, getting to know your goals and needs, so that they can help you be your very best self.

About Us 

Josh Fox is the owner and head coach of TRAIN-365. Josh graduated from Campbell University in 2018 where he studied Exercise Science and also played football. He completed 3 different internships that exposed him to all levels of fitness. He worked with youth through high school athletes at Dominate Athletic Performance during summer internships while in college as well as working with D1 college athletes doing an internship at Campbell with the strength and conditioning coaches there.

After college Josh started out working at another gym running and coaching training programs for adult fitness working with a broad range of clients from strength athletes to elderly clients on a daily basis. Josh has now been back with Dominate for the past 3 years training athletes but also working with adult training programs to meet a wide variety of goals from weight loss to general fitness, pain management, and rehabilitation.

In addition to the general adult fitness, Josh works with and does training for powerlifters, Olympic weightlifters, and strongman competitions. Josh is the head coach of a powerlifting team that has set or broken over a dozen NC state records in the RPS and 365 Strong powerlifting federations. Josh has specific expertise in powerlifting training and also in rehab/physical therapy/mobility.
